Replacement cost & payment process
Replacements are offered for a processing and shipping fee based on the size of your canvas.
- Fees start at $9.99
- Fees will never exceed $50
- Pricing does not depend on when your original order was placed
Shipping is calculated through UPS, so the exact total isn't known until we enter the details. Once confirmed, we'll send an invoice for the agreed processing and shipping fee. Local pickup is available if applicable.
Important details
- A photo of the damaged canvas is required
- A valid Modern Canvas Company order number is required
- Replacements use the original photo only
- Image swaps or redesigns are not available
- This guarantee applies to normal indoor residential use
- Guarantee replacements are limited to one replacement per canvas
